Wordego Will Generate Revenue from Online Ads
Wordego was a word-based advertising startup launched at the end of 2012. Despite being a new venture launched in November, it has managed to build its infrastructure to generate revenue. Wordego will earn revenue from word-tagging ads on websites.What are Wordego Ads?
Wordego is a small pop-up window that appears when a word or phrase is highlighted with the mouse. The ad embedded in the word presents written or visual information. Depending on the selection, this ad may instead contain information introducing the word.
With the support of Tübitak, it will be possible to reach the target audience and earn revenue from ads when an account is opened in this venture. Wordego will also be introduced at the Technoparks Summit on March 28. Considering that AdSense, which will generate money like Adsense, does not bring much revenue to Turkey compared to abroad, it is seen as a high probability that the new system will succeed.
