MessageMe has received over $1.9 million in investment to date. Among those who invested in MessageMe are firms such as First Round Capital, SVAngel, Google Ventures, True Ventures, and Social+Capital Horowitz. Additionally, investors include individuals like Hiten Shah, Eric Wu, and Suleman Ali.
MessageMe processes over 500 transactions per second. It is used more than any other application after WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. In the Far East, there are specialized messaging services such as Line and Kakao.
