Fingerprint Reader Features and Working Principles

People's fingerprints are different from each other. Each person's fingerprint is unique and special. This situation makes the use of fingerprints widespread in the field of security systems. Devices called fingerprint readers are used at the entrances of large businesses, public buildings, and areas requiring high security. A fingerprint reader is a security system that provides high security. The fingerprints registered in the system are used for individual identity verification. In large businesses employing hundreds of employees, employee tracking is extremely important for the productivity of the business. Therefore, it is necessary to use an employee tracking system and regularly monitor the entry-exit times of employees. Fingerprint readers are high-security devices used for this purpose.

A fingerprint reader, which is a type of computer software, is mounted on the turnstiles at the entrance or at the door entrances. Fingerprint holders registered in the system can pass through the turnstiles by scanning their fingers. The system, which prevents unauthorized persons from passing, has the feature of reporting when the personnel entered, how many people did not comply with the working hours, and the number of personnel on leave. These devices, which speed up the tracking of personnel in businesses employing a large number of employees, reduce security vulnerabilities to zero. Since there is no possibility of copying and stealing registered fingerprints, passage is only granted to those registered in the system. Thus, only persons with passage authorization can pass through the system. You can contact us for information about the installation of a fingerprint reader.
