Participants will be selected from well-known names in Silicon Valley, CEOs, and VCs.British Airways UnGrounded Event Conditions
The project will involve contestants developing a solution for a designated problem during the flight. It was decided that a solution to the global talent drain problem will be sought in this event, which will take place on June 12.
Talent drain is used in a similar sense to brain drain. The global talent drain problem arises when talented people and bright minds cannot find opportunities in their own countries and achieve their desired conditions elsewhere. At the end of this 11-hour flight, the decided ideas will be presented to UN representatives. The fact that this project, one of the few events that impact the world, belongs to the United Nations is of great importance.
